Account Verification

Go to My Profile and upload a valid government ID or PWD/Senior ID. Health workers will verify your profile to unlock full records access.

Link Family Members

Link your children or household dependents in the Family Linking section. Once verified, you can view their vaccine cards and book appointments for them.

Schedule consultations or vaccinations by selecting your service, date, and preferred time slot. Monitor status updates in Notifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an appointment with a health worker?
Navigate to the "Available Schedule" page in the navigation menu, select the type of service, date, and available time slot, then click "Book Appointment". You will receive a notification once the health worker confirms your slot.
Why is my appointment still marked as "Pending"?
All appointment requests are reviewed by our community health workers to ensure staff availability. This usually takes less than 24 hours. You will get a notification as soon as it is approved or rescheduled.
How do I link my children or family members to my account?
In your Profile settings, go to the Family Members tab and request to link a resident. You must submit their valid ID (or birth certificate for minors). Once health workers verify the link, you can check their records and book appointments on their behalf.
What should I do if a vaccination dose is marked as "Overdue"?
If a vaccine is marked overdue, go to the Available Schedule section, select "Vaccination", and book the earliest available slot to bring your or your child's immunization record up to date.
How can I update my contact details?
Go to the "My Profile" tab in the sidebar. You can edit your phone number, email address, and street address details directly there and save the changes.
